Winter soup

What do you do with a large cauliflower? You might paint a face on it (?!), play messy football, roast it with spices, or make a winter warming soup. If you live in a cold climate, soup is always a winner. So, here’s the thing. I’ve been feeling very creative recently, wanting to try out new recipes since I became vegan about 2 years ago. Today I was faced with a very large cauliflower and a list of options running through my head. Here’s my recipe for Cauliflower, Lettuce and Sheese Soup. Maybe you’ll give it a try. I’m off to serve up a bowl of the steaming nectar, along with some bread. Yummy. Oh, happy new year everyone!! (almost forgot, seems like ages since the festive season already). Much love, Anita.😊🥣

    • Thanks Jill, and happy new year to you too! 2019! Where did those first 19 years of this 21st century go? I remember when I was younger thinking forward to the year 2000 and wondering what I and the world would be like then! Anita.
